My Blue Umbrella is looking for a Service Technician to work with our customers to address their Windows PC or Apple based computer problems and make things run properly again. If the issue is software, you'll fix the issue remotely, if it's hardware or networking, you will be dispatched to customer's site.
This is a challenging technical support job where every day is different, and you'll use industry-leading tools to help businesses eliminate frustrating computer problems.
